Objectives
Our goals are to attract young readers of science news and to cultivate a life-long interest in reading about advances in science and technology.
Departments
- Feature articles--around a central theme;
- Fun Facts--interesting tidbits presented in a lively way around the selected theme;
- Meet the Scientist--profiles of key scientists or engineers to give insight into careers in science and technology;
- Try It At Home--activities relating to the theme that can be done with common household supplies;
- Puzzlers--enjoyable games or other brain teasers that challenge young readers to apply what they've learned and refine their problem-solving skills.
