Sonia Albin is an undergraduate pursuing a double degree in aquatic and fisheries science and European studies at the University of Washington.

Hilary Kemp is a postdoctoral fellow at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle.

Bonnie Loshbaugh is a graduate student at UW's School of Marine Affairs, with an interest in public communication.

Kristina Mullins is a senior undergraduate in physics and astronomy at the University of Washington.

Sarah Nelson is a research scientist at the University of Washington Genetics Coordinating Center and a freelance science writer.

Kristin Poinar studies glaciology at the University of Washington.

Sara Reardon is a graduate student in molecular biology at the University of Washington.

Darci Snowden is a graduate student in the Department of Earth and Space Sciences at the University of Washington, Seattle.

Rita Sodt is an undergraduate in computer science at University of Washington.

Kate Stoll is a graduate student in biochemistry at the University of Washington.

Ken Su is currently an undergraduate student in economics at the University of Washington.

Michael Tarselli was a participant in the first Chemistry Communication Leadership Institute. He is a postdoctoral researcher with the Micalizio Group in the Department of Chemistry at Scripps Florida. Tarselli earned a doctorate from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a BA from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Michael Walter is a postdoctoral scholar at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena and is funded through a postdoctoral fellowship from the National Science Foundation. Walter is an alumnus of the 2009 Chemistry Communication Leadership Institute at the University of Washington.

Dawn Wenzel is a graduate student at the University of Washington in the Department of Biochemistry.
